Once you've selected the location of your new home, we have several hundred plans on file as well as in-house drafting service to custom design your dream home.

After selecting your lot and house plans we have in our office a team of professionals to assist you with your every need while your new home is being built. From the designing of your home plans to choosing the finishes, we are here to help you every step of the way. To ease your selection process, we have opened a Sales and Selection Center located in the Sleepy Hollow community. All your choices, from exterior siding colors to your flooring can be selected in one location.

We feel that once you move into your new home our follow up service is of utmost importance. It is important to us that your new home looks as good in the years to come as it did the day you purchased it. Follow up calls are not treated as a nuisance for our company but rather as an opportunity for us to maintain a satisfied customer.
